So, share your experience, bad or good, with other tenants so they learn about their landlords or estate agents before signing a contract! We can help each other and protect each other!
Tenant Voice empowers you to write a review on a landlord as well as the property you lived in.
Purpose:
The purpose of the app is to build a strong community to praise good landlords/estate agents and expose bad landlords/estate agents.
The Tenant Voice App is completely free to open an account, write and read reviews.
Your Privacy is our top priority.
Your name or any other personal information won’t be public, which means users can read your reviews without knowing who has the author of the review.
How to write a review
Search Property By an Address / Postcode:
Select Search Property
fill the form
Select the country.
Enter the town you lived/living.
Enter the house number or flat number.
Enter the first line of address (street).
Enter the 2nd, or 3rd line of address if it’s needed.
Enter your postcode.
Click on the “Search” button.
The app search google to find the address, also it searches the database to find if there are any matching postcode available that may be added by other users.
Search Result:
Displays the found address on the map.
The first tab displays your address if it doesn’t find it in the database.
If your address exists in the database, go to the 2nd tab.
Select your address from the list, just tap on the address.
A form pops up for Landlord/estate agent information.
Search a landlord by their email or phone number (we recommend using the email address that you communicated with the landlord.
If data not found, fill the form completely with their information, rate the landlord and write your review, then click on the “Save” button.
Another form opens to confirm the address.
The next form asks you to add the property details i.e number of bedrooms, dining room, rent, etc. Please make sure to fill the form completely and then click on the “Save” button.
Rate and write the review about the property. Click on the “Save” button.
If you have any photographs of the property, please do upload them.
The last step is to prove that you were living there on the property. Please upload your property contract and utility bills that have your full name with the address.
We will verify your review and make it public. (only the reviews and property details, your personal details won’t be public).
Other Features
When you search a property to read the review, tap on the landlord/estate agent record to read the review about them.
